  2. For St. George Area Camping try the Red Cliffs Campground. Exit 22 (North of St. George), immediately turn south on frontage road. Go about 1 mile, then right under the freeway heading west and following signs to campground. Great place!

  3. Toroweap Offers aboout 10 camping spots in a red rock high desert setting. Fires are okay depending on time of year but you'll need your own wood. It is about 1/4 to 1/3 mile to the edge of the rim so a bike or other transportation is nice to have if you have a pickup camper or other unit that takes some effort to "uncamp" and move. This area is suited to tent camping, jeeps, small ruggedized trailers, and pickups. The campground is not feasible for Class A, Class C or large trailers.

  4. Moab is a camping mecca with activities for everyone such as mountain biking, hiking, rafting, rock climbing, photography, Dirt Biking, Jeep, etc. Devils Garden is a great camp ground toward the end of the Arches National Park drive. The only downside is distance from town. Can take nearly an hour.
